GPO Webinar on Microfiche Preservation

Most of us have sizable collections of microfiche that we wonder what to do with.  We know that microfiche can degrade over time, but what should we do about it?  GPO is holding a webinar as part of its Preservation Webinar Series entitled Everything You Need to Know About Microfiche.  This webinar will discuss how microfiche is produced, examine risks and risk mitigation for microfiche collections, and options for reformatting microfiche to digital.  The webinar will be held on Tuesday, May 9 from 2:00 to 3:00pm EDT.  You can register here.
