At the LIPA Business Meeting at AALL in Baltimore, we celebrated our outgoing Executive Director Margie Maes. Margie has been the Executive Director of LIPA since 2008! In addition to a cake, the Board presented Margie with a plaque of appreciation and a personal gift of a Motawi tile. Margie also received AALL’s highest honor, the Marian Gould Gallagher Distinguished Service Award, at the AALL Annual Meeting. Congratulations Margie! And welcome to LIPA’s new Executive Director, Michelle Trumbo!
